Starfield's brimming with conversations with NPCs through its dialogue camera,Pinoy Archives and they're real...close. But a new mod gives you a little more space.

Spotted by PC Gamer, there's now a way to switch off the Bethesda game's first-person dialogue camera, thanks to a mod from user AntoniX, available on Nexus Mods.

If you don't want to stare directly into the souls of your fellow Constellation members, Freestar Rangers, and various snooty New Atlantis residents, the mod disables the dialogue camera and forces a third person view. For scenes with multiple people, it's less intense than the montage of first person eye contact. You can also continue to move throughout the conversation, if you enjoy wandering about while someone is getting to know you.
